We have improved business in more than 75 industries with Fortune 100, large, medium and small sized companies. Sometimes the small and medium sized companies can benefit the most from our implementations. We have saved or increased revenue of our clients by hundreds of millions of dollars. Not all developers are created equal.

We have flexible pricing depending on the level of engagement and the type of work being done. We can do Time and Materials, Per Project, Dedicated Resources, Service/Support Plan or Creative Solution (like Equity) pricing. The revenue growth (we increased one client’s revenue by 600% in the first year and enabled them to franchise to 100 locations in 37 states) and the cost/waste savings (we saved one client around $5 million annually with one solution) are impacts to consider when evaluating the cost f a solution. We were able to build an SAP integrated App that would have cost $3 - $5 million dollars in another platform or developer but was a small fraction of that from us.

The timeframe is completely dependent on several factors. How complicated is the needed solution? Is there a business “champion” who can be the internal lead for the project to help identify requirements or direct questions to appropriate resources? To minimize rework and maximize on efficiency, we try to ask clarifying and anticipatory questions that will help all parties involved be on the same page and anticipate future needs. For more simple requests, weeks to a production deployment can be accomplished. A couple of months has been common, with support or updates added in phases over time. We try to first prioritize the biggest business “bang for the buck!”
